The Social Service Cell of Dhemaji Commerce College plays a vital role in building a strong connection between the institution and the local community. It focuses on education, environment, skill development, culture, and emergency support to uplift the society holistically.
Aims:
- Make villages and nearby places better by supporting education, cleanliness, and unity.
- Help people understand how to care for the environment and stay safe during disasters.
- Be ready to assist students and locals when natural calamities happen.

Functions:
- Plan projects like adult education, cleaning local areas, improving schools, and community programs to bring people together.
- Teach about environmental protection, disaster preparedness, and teamwork during emergencies.
- Support people affected by floods, storms, and emergencies with food, clothes, and other aid.
- Arrange cultural programs such as dance, music, and drama to promote local talents and traditions.
- Involve students in activities like tree planting and volunteering in schools.
