The college has been provided a well furnished Library with more than 20000 volumes of textbook and reference books. It has been enabled with INFLIBNET facilities with Journals 50,000 + e-books and 2,100 (as provided by INFLIB NET) e-journals and several periodicals and news papers. The Library has also provides Daily Newspapers, Journals, Magazines etc. It has spacious reading rooms and sitting arrangements for the students and teachers. The library provides Internet and Reprography facility and the library service has been computerized. The Library Advisory Committee with Librarian as its Secretary looks after the whole affair of the library. Purchase of latest edition of different text and reference books are made every year as per the new changes and requirements.
The college has one Girls’ Hostel with a seat capacity of 66 seats. The seats are allotted at the time of admission on the basis merit. The students seeking hostel accommodation have to fill up a separate hostel admission form, which shall have to be submitted to the Principal within allotted time. The boarders of the hostel are from both Degree and Higher Secondary section and of both Arts and Commerce streams. The hostel campus has two buildings- one is R.C.C. and other is Assam type for dinning and cooking. The boarders can enjoy their free time by watching T.V., playing badminton and caroms etc. Two daily newspapers are supplied to the hostel by the hostel authority. Different functions like Fresher's Social, Picnic, New Year’s Day, Holi, Farewell etc. are organized by the boarders regularly. Three employees are there to conduct different works like cooking, cleaning etc. Hostel superintendent is staying near by the hostel. Now Mr. Sanjib Hazarika, Associate Professor in the Dept. of Mathematics is serving as hostel superintendent. A visiting doctor paid regular visit on weekly basis. Study hour is strictly maintained in the hostel and regular visit is done by the superintendent.
The college has a canteen with sitting arrangements and managed by the Extension and Welfare Committee of the college. The canteen is kept open to serve the students, teachers, staff, workers and others on all working days.

The admission and the staying in the hostel are governed by the Dhemaji Commerce College Hostel Management Rules. The Management Committee formulates and amends the rules and regulations of the Hostel. Some of the rules are:
a) The boarders must maintain decent, dignified disciplined hostel life inside and outside the hostel and obey the hostel rules.
b) They must abide by the rules and regulations of hostel as may be prescribed to them by the college authority, violation of which will lead to strict disciplinary action amounting to expulsion of the guilty inmates from the hostel leading to consequent expulsion from the college also.
c) All the boarders must abide by the mess-rules prescribed by the mess-committee of the hostel.
d) Boarders are not allowed to arrange any private messing within the hostel nor are they permitted to take meals outside the hostel.
e) Damage caused to hostel property by any boarder is dealt with severe punishment leading even to the expulsion from the hostel as well as from the college.
f) Ragging is strictly prohibited in the hostel.
To equip with the current digitalized and informative world, the College campus is enabled with Wi-Fi and Internet facilities, which gives free internet access to the students anywhere within the campus. The college has also a computer lab where the students can avail the facilities of Net Surfing.
The college has some other facilities like well-furnished Auditorium, Conference Room, separate common rooms for boys and girls, purified drinking water, cycle stand, sports facilities etc.
